PS2. Realized that this is an About page and that my introduction above might have been a bit short. So here is some more info.
I have been working as a professional photographer and freelancer, for a long time. And I still enjoy my work very much!. I came into the profession as a way to express myself and worked mostly with my own projects the first years. Did quite a lot of exhibitions both in Sweden, France, England and other places.
Did my photographic education at the Gothenburg University and have a Bachelor of Fine Arts. My own company has been going since -98. Am working as a freelancer doing assignments for companies, ad agencies, magazines, and private persons. I enjoy the variety, and for me is it not so big difference between the different genres. Have found out that I need similar people and photo skills whether it´s a CEO for Volvo or a wedding couple I photograph.
Living in Gothenburg, which is situated on the Swedish Westcoast, makes it almost a necessity to sail. Which I do when time permits. Having a boat is also a great excuse to go out to the seaside, taking a walk and do some photography.
I´m also interested in all things called mindfulness, and meditation. And am leading groups in a Tibetan practice called Kum Nye – Tibetan yoga. This practice helps me a lot in life in general, makes it easier to stay focused on long working days. And I think it also helps me to listen better to people, being able to hear what they say without being overly reactive.
